Do you have branches?
No — tafasely is online only (delivery service).
We don’t have a physical store, and we deliver all across Egypt.
Shipping Time & Delivery
Orders are handed to the shipping company on the next business day after placing your order.
Inside Cairo
Delivery in 24–48 business hours for some areas.
Other areas may take 48–72 business hours.
The courier will contact you before delivery.
Outside Cairo
Orders are shipped the next business day.
Delivery within 4 business days.
Some villages/remote areas may take longer than 4 business days.
Returns & Exchanges
You can try on your items before the courier leaves 🤍
Except for underwear and swimwear, for hygiene and safety reasons.
For beauty products:
Please make sure the order is correct (item & quantity)
Without opening the product
We want you to feel confident with your order while ensuring the highest safety and quality standards ✨
Return & Exchange Policy
On delivery, you can open and inspect your order before the courier leaves.
Any item you don’t want must be returned immediately to the courier, and its value will be deducted from the total.
If you refuse the entire order, you only pay delivery fees.
Once the courier leaves, no returns or exchanges can be accepted.
⚠️ Service Misuse Policy
To keep this service fair for everyone:
Customers who repeatedly order many items and keep only one may be blocked from future orders.
You must receive at least 60% of the total items in your order.
Otherwise, future orders may not be confirmed or shipped.
Payment Method
Cash on Delivery (COD) only.
How to Choose the Right Size
Use a measuring tape (cm) because sizing varies from item to item.
Wearing a size in one product doesn’t guarantee it fits in another.
Always check the size chart on each product page.
Model size info is provided when available for easier comparison.
Important Note
Colors may slightly differ due to lighting and photography.
